In the old days of the Cupids when Dyke Jnr went missing, so did the goals, but not anymore. Step up Paul Newman. Responding to criticism in the press that he couldn't play up top, Newman banged in an emphatic hat-trick. The first two goals came after some exhibition style one touch passing with dyke jnr at least setting both goals up. An o.g. put the cupids 3-0 up but then a well worked goal from real von dutch gave them a glimpse of hope. However, it turned out to be just that as a real defender illegally crossed the box and Newman calmly slotted home the penalty to complete his hat-trick. A solid performance all round, Headling now back to his best keeping several chances out. Could have been 6 or 7 if dyke jnr remembered how to shoot (did he ever know?!)
